OUR SERVICES

Baldock Stacy & Niven provides the services of a Public Notary at our Parramatta Offices at Level 4, 91 George Street
Parramatta NSW 2150.

Our notary services include:

attestation of documents and certification of their due execution for use in Australia and internationally
preparation and certification of powers of attorney, wills, deeds, contracts and other legal documents for use in Australia and internationally
administering of oaths for use in Australia and internationally
witnessing affidavits, statutory declarations and other documents for use in Australia and internationally
certification of copy documents for use Australia and internationally
exemplification of official documents for use internationally
noting and protesting of bills of exchange
preparation of ships' protests

OUR FEES

Under s.12 of the Public Notaries Act, the Society of Notaries has prepared a Scale of Fees, as a guide to the fees that the Society of Notaries considers is fair and reasonable for the performance of Notarial work. Although Baldock Stacy & Niven does not use this scale, you can find it here .

Instead of using this complicated scale, we have a very simple scale as follows:
